Getting started
How fast is activation?
Usually within 15 minutes after payment is confirmed. Your login details and setup steps are sent on WhatsApp or Telegram.
Which countries do you serve?
We serve customers in the USA, the UK and Canada. The service also works anywhere with a stable internet connection.
How do I order?
Pick a plan and the number of devices on the pricing section, click Order now and fill in the form. We confirm on WhatsApp.
Plans & payment
What does number of devices mean?
It is how many screens can watch at the same time. With 2 devices, one person can watch in the living room while another watches on a phone.
Can I add devices later?
Yes. Message us any time and we upgrade your plan. You only pay the difference for the time left.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Our team shares the available payment methods when confirming your order on WhatsApp or Telegram.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Nothing renews on its own. We remind you before your plan ends and you choose whether to renew.
Streaming & quality
What internet speed do I need?
At least 10 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. A cable (Ethernet) connection is the most stable on TVs.
Will it freeze at peak hours?
Our servers are built for peak hours. If you ever see buffering, tell support and we move you to a lighter server.
Is there a TV guide?
Yes. A 7-day electronic program guide (EPG) is included and loads automatically in most players.
Do I need a VPN?
Not usually. Some internet providers slow down streaming traffic, and in that case a VPN can help. Support can advise you.
Devices & setup
Which devices are supported?
Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Google TV, Samsung & LG Smart TV, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, Mac, MAG and Formuler.
Which app should I use?
IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player or Smart IPTV all work. See the Installation Guide for each device.
Can I use it on Roku?
Roku does not support IPTV apps well. We suggest a Fire TV Stick or an Android TV box instead.
